Feminine power restores hope

Males and females have an inclination towards feminine power, but women have a better understanding of how to use it, asserted Ruth Ojiambo Ochieng in her keynote speech at WACC Congress on 7 October. Yet she underlined that empowerment and use of power should involve both men and women for the sake of transforming their own lives and their communities.
